Our tour was amazing, we got to see a lot of Europe in 22 days and made some good friends along the way. Paris and Switzerland were definite highlights.

We had a wonderful experience touring great cities of eastern Europe. Our guide Julio Villar, was brilliant, organized, interesting and very patient with our group and made our journey memorable. He gave us many tips to elevate our enjoyment and keep us safe. I can say that the tour is a great value, thoroughly educational, and a quality adventure.

The tours were good and the tour guides were great and very helpful. I was happy with the extensive coverage of Europe withing a short period of time. When I booked my travel, it included Verona where I really wanted to visit. I was disappointed that the itinerary which included Verona, the city of Romeo and Juliet was changed at the last minute 2 weeks before the trip. This was a place that I really wanted to see and thats why I decided to book this trip. Although most accommodation was good throughout Europe, a few accommodation really disappointed us particularly Novotel, Bagnolet in Paris and the accommodation in Italy. This was well below the average.

The itinerary was pretty accurate although two particularly bad guides didnt inform members of the travel group of optional extras therefore even though we had prepaid these optional activities we didnt get to experience them because minimum numbers were not met as no-one had been asked. We were very disappointed by this. My daughter and I had booked a cultural tour yet found ourselves part of a christmas market tour which didnt have much culture to it, but did have pretty lights and christmas crouds:. The weather was relatively good as we were avoiding the 40 degree C heat at our home in Qld at the time, and a touch of snow topped it off. For the most part an enjoyable adventure and there are definitely some areas wed like to return to for a longer stay. Some lovely travel companions and some not so lovely, perhaps Europmundo should look at its policy on young children / babies on these tours as no-one wants to listen to screaming kids on a long bus journey. A few of the guides were exceptional - thanks Alberto for taking us a little off the beaten track and Kiarra needs to commended on her patience with a particularly ignorant group of Indian men. Jose and Monset should look at other employment opportunities, jobs that dont require people skills would suit them well. Once again, it was an adventure, generally a good experience with some lovely people we met along the way. Ill definitely be back to some places but will be lingering longer and getting away from the city lights. To sum up a country by its cities alone would do them an injustice.

The schedules were good only suggestion I would give I during summer when day temp can touch 35C have the day schedules a bit later, e.g in Rome the city walk tour starts at 3pm, rescheduled that for a bot later say 5.30pm, I suppose everyone in our group will agree considering the fact that there are women and children in the tour. This is good feedback and it can be considered for the future.

The tour was value for money.

The trip was good. Just need to be considerate about the comfort of your clients on the hotels you choose to book them, somewhere that will make them more comfortable after a long day trip. Some of your guides are exceptionally very good, however some of your guides does not know how to communicate well with their passengers hence some miscommunication. The rest of the trip was well organized, you have very good bus drivers. Just need to improve some your itineraries.
