As it was only 3 days I would like to of seen more of a guided trip in Berlin as it was only 3 hours so did not feel it was money well spent we also got left to find our own way back to the hotel. the arrival night it would of been good to have te rep in the hotel early as it was I waited till 8pm and still never saw them and I had no information about meeting times for the next day, I did get a letter posted through my door This trip was not as organised or packed full of things to see and do as my last trip to Italy I felt the italy trip had more to see and do and better organised. I also had to email for my travel voucher and tour information this was not sent to me without requesting it

The tour itself was really nice. Our guides were helpful, courteous and resourceful. We requested the i I ready and hotel information several times before leaving our home country. We did not receive the itinerary until we were in Amsterdam. Our guide was a half hour late and there were three tours staging from the same hotel. It was very confusing and disorganized. There was a lot of switching groups from one bus to another which made our days feel disjointed. We were separated from our main group several times and joined with the Spanish speaking tour. Very little information was offered in English. We were not aware there was an app we could use to help us understand what to expect. I would take another tour with this company now that I have a better understanding if what to expect.

We enjoyed the tour as an introduction to Amsterdam and Berlin. One might consider staying longer at the beginning or end to spend a little more time in these interest capitals. The winter season is a risk for poor weather and the itinerary was adjusted for the season. The main highlights were as promised. The hosts and guides were very accommodating and informative.

The itinerary of this tour was good and interesting places visited. Very well organise. Make so many friends from all over the world. am so lucky to have Ana Pavon as our tour guide. She is so fun and so efficient in her work. Very professional and beautiful too. I sincerely hope to have her as my guide again in my next trip. This is the 3rd tour with Europamundo since last year. The places we visited was fantastic and top must visit in Amsterdam. This tour itinerary was good and to top up our trip was having the best tour guide. Not only she is beautiful but she is really good in her job. Taking care of us all in the coach and never fail to answer everyone questions and answers. So details with the history and very good command of English and so fun person as well. The whole trip was made even more so enjoyable with Ana Pavon as our guide. I sincerely hope to have her as my guide again in my next trip with Europamundo. Thank you Ana Payon .

I like the way the guides handle the trips. One of them was so excited that I came all the way from Africa for the trip we had a photo which he posted. Europamundo trips are well organized.

We simply loved our Tour Manager Maria Navarro. She was extremely knowledgeable and very willing to share his knowledge and generously answered all of our questions. Quite simply, she was excellent in every way and made our visit to this fascinating country a vastly richer experience. I would recommend this trip to anyone.
