Lot of sites covered,good use of time but felt could have been better informed by guide about local specialities like food,must see spots etc

The trip was well organised and very compact. It is very well planned. However, there are a few areas of development- i the guide did not provide sufficient information about the places and we were left lost during the free time.ii the guide seemed mostly like a pickup drop service.iii if the itinerary suggested some places of interest then we can cover some, else finding out places takes a lot of time.iv would appreciate if some details were provided to spend the leisure time well.v suggest to make the optional excursions better.vi hotels are changed randomly, so cannot rate properly in the next page, eg, in Kitzbuhel we were put up at Lifthotel and not the one mentioned. Though Lifthotel was really good but cannot rate it as the name is not provided accordingly

The itinerary was good, would be better if the guide mentions places to visit and local food to try and other options during the free time. Also, a little consideration for elderly people wouldve been better.

Hotels changed during tour,guide services very poor and acted like pickup and drop agent.No suggestions for places of interest ,food options ever shared.Optional tour in Budapest was disastrous vis a vis price chàrged.

Our complete tour experience in general was good however Vienna local sightseeing was total disappointment for all travelers. Vienna should have been planned better. Tour Guides Christina Mario had been very friendly cooperative.

Europamundo stood by their Commitment as they continued with the trip even when they had only 4 passengers instead of 40 passengers. Their guide -Manu Martin was quite knowledgeable and friendly. The entire Europamundo agency rallied behind Manu to make this trip a memorable one for us. Thanks a lot and would love to travel with them again in future too.

We were lucky to have a small group. Julio was a very good guide and gave VERY clear instructions on meeting points, what time the bus was leaving and why. One gal was late twice. He waited and went back and looked for her both times yet she blamed him. All in all a good trip

Variety of places we were able to see. The fact that we were such a small group was a real advantage for us. We had a difficult fellow passenger who kept us waiting several times, and who criticised tour director. Fellow passengers agree Julio did a great job dealing with her - the only improvement would be just tell us if we are going to be later than expected eg Schneeberter hotel night.

Our tour guide was the consummate professional in all respects. His historical knowledge was broad, his knowledge of the local restaurants and shopping in each area was appreciated and his attention to detail was most obvious.

This trip was made enjoyable and memorable by our guide, Mr Julio Villar. He was patient, funny and knowledgeble. What a gem of a guide

Our tour leader Julio Villar has been an AMAZING guide. Although along the way he has new tourists joining the group and many complain to him about their previous experience with the other guides, Julio has been extremely patient and doing his best to ensure everyone is well taken care of. He is always planning ahead to ensure we are on schedule, and handles the details very well. Despite the challenges he faced, he still managed to entertain us with jokes along the way and keeping his professionalism. Kudos to Europamunda for having such great tour leader.

The trip was better than I expected and was a lot of fun. I was traveling alone and met so many cool people that took me in and made it an unforgettable memory.

nosotros somos viajeros frecuentes y este fue nuestro primer viaje con Europamundo , hicimos nuestra resrvacion a traves de tour radar , el guia Abdul fue myu amable y parece tener conocimiento historico de las ciudades que visitamos e hizo lo mejor dada las circustancias , en este tour en particular habia un grupo de personas de la India y era la prioridad de a diario llevarlos a cenar y el resto del grupo tenia que arreglarselas por si mismos. caso en particular fue cuando llegamos aVienna eran las 8.30 de la noche y el guia como a diario preocupado por llevarlos acenar y nos dijo que el resto del grupo podia buscar algo alos alrededores pero caminamos varias cuadras y no encontramos nada , llegamos al Hotel a las 10 de la noche y todo alos alrededors ya estava cerrado so la mayoria del resto del grupo nos quedamos sin cenar esa noche y sentimos que pues nosotros no eramos importantes pues parecia que el tour estaba disenado para ellos solamente con respecto al bus se nos imformo que noera propiedad de la compania , si no que era rentado pero estaba sucio tanto los asientos como las mesitas de comer segun lo que incluia el tour era recogernos y llevarnos de regreso al Aeropuerto al terminar el tour y no fue eso el caso nosotros tuvimos que pagar por nuestra cuenta que nos llevaran al Aeropuerto tambien pagamos 4 noches extra de Hotel y solo usamos 3 creemos que tenemos credito extra

The top priority of a trip is the tour director. I am a teacher and have taken ten different tours with students so I am well aware of what makes an excellent tour director. I am able to say without reservation that Albert was exceptional. He made our group a family. He cared for all of us and addressed everyones needs, and he was superb in his knowledge of the history of all the areas we visited. Three cheers for Albert
