It was a great time travelling to Europe. Transport arrangements were good, schedule was well managed and on time. Choice of hotels could be much better. Breakfast in Rome and Switzerland were good. Eric was exceptional as a tour guide. He kept the group together, on time, was funny, and gave us many useful recommendations and history information. All the best to Eric for all his future trips Look forward to travelling with Europamundo again

The trip was well managed and conducted thanks to Eric. He was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. Kudos to him Hotels could be much better. Some rooms AC/heater was not working. Transport was good, the buses were comfortable. Airport transfers were also well managed. Look forward to my next trip

Gabby our tour guide is what we like the most. Shes an excellent tour guide, she knows her job very well and comes on time every day. We are impressed with the energy she have. Hope Europamundo treats her well. We enjoyed everything and will plan our next trip with Europamundo. Thank you

Well planned, excellent services

This was great and my rating is no joke I am a young kid and I really enjoyed the trip everything was smooth and the hotel was really nice the tour guide Lukas treated us like family and it was great everyone on the bus talked a lot and a lot of connections were made

We liked the way our guide Lucas went of his way to explain and help everyone. His attitude and making us one family was really great. I think it was mainly because of Lucas the trip was fun and enjoyable Pl thanks Lucas from us Thanks Sanjay

Very good arrangements and excellent management

Overall management and co-operation is very good.

The trip was great with our tour guide Eva who was really great helpfull and informative however I found the below point unsatisfactory 1. The local guide in Rome was not supportive and gave us wrong instructions for the Roman Form we didn’t have the time to go inside nor the tour guid was with us and the time was not enough we had to rush at the end the tour guid Philippo blamed the guards in the Roman Forms 2. The hotel in Florance the staff were rude and the breakfast was very bad the bread was not fresh and cold and there was not much options either.

Entire trip was very well planned . Everything was fixed in advance , which helps in lot of time saving and travel more . All the information was easily available on the europamunda app . Also the tour guide , other staff was good .

It was a well organised trip. But the thing we liked the most was our travel guide EVA, who took care of all of us excellently.
