Ignacio, our tour guide is great. He made our trip flawless. He has a calm demeanor and don’t get angry even if some of the tourists are not following instruction. But always tells us in a proper way, that is not hurting. Kudos, Ignacio. Your the best Italy and Switzerland November 13 to 18, 2023

The tour guide Gabby was amazing on our bus. Also the bus drivers were great on getting us to places with know problems. Only thing on the 2 buses the washrooms were not working we were not allowed to us them and the Wi-Fi was not working if this is included with the bus it should be provided, they did try to stop every 2 1/2 hours so we could use the bathroom. We enjoyed most of the places we visited especially Switzerland and Lugano wished we stayed there longer a beautiful place. The Hotels we nice but the beds were hard and the pillows we dont call them pillows....regarding the tour people in the cities the one we enjoyed was Philip he was amazing explained everything in Rome, wished he was with us in the other cities because did not enjoy them at all could not hear them radios were not working getting interference with other tours around us that we had to shut off radios and did not know what we were looking at. Regarding the first day of the tour there should be someone there greeting us and explaining what will be happening, there was nothing on the board and we were all lost on who was taking us to town that night. It was not Gabbys fault because she was coming back from a weeks tour, you need someone from your company to help us with our needs. Regarding the whole tour there is some places we spent too much time and some places we dont have enough time to enjoy lunch that we have to be back in 2 hour, especially Pisa we were to rushed that day. Also in Austria not enough time to eat something. regarding the one lunch that was provided we had in Switzerland was not to anyones liking we ate it because we were hunger. You also need to included a dinner especially when your touring all day long its hard to find a restaurants a dinner should be included. You need to time the places better so your guest have enough time to get back to the bus. We were a family of 4 with 2 Teenage children they enjoyed it very much but is was very tiring just off and on the bus. It was a great experience thank you GABBY and Philip and our buses drivers we enjoyed our new friends we made from the bus from all over the world.....one more thing the last day of the tour since we arrive late at the hotel that night should be included with the tour. Nothing was explained to us on the place where we were going to be left at so we had to find our own hotel for that night which I believe it should be included we had to pay for another hotel and transportation to get there. This should be included in your tour package....

The whole tour experience Italy-Switzerland last May 7-14, 2023 was very extensive though hectic covering the basic sights in Italy, with a few perks like cruising through Liechtenstein and Austria before Switzerland, enjoyed the Alps then going back through Milan and experienced Pisa before our final stop in Rome for our exit flight to Brussels. And at a very reasonable price for a first-time Europamundo traveller. The only let-down was not being able to go inside the Colosseum arena and St. Marks Basilica when it was specified free admission tickets included. Those were big selling points why we took this tour. However, your team of tour guides such as Gabriela and Filippo with driver, Manuel made up for the lack. Very professional, lively and entertaining, informative and resourceful, particularly Gabby and Filippo who both deserve a thumbs-up.

Good morning Team I am return back to Bahrain last night. Indeed it was very well organized tour, timely planned and disciplined. Though there was so many tourists of different countries, different age groups still it was very well enjoyable and very well managed. We visited all the places as per tour plan. All the hotels where we stay were nice and clean and the bus coachalso very good. Tour leader indeed have very well knowledge about tour and hospitality. wherever needed they higher local guides for local city tour. so all in all, it was very well experience for us though it was exhausted in terms of running across the cities and short time given to explore the main city, still I could say it was enjoyable experience totally, thank you????

We got to see lots of different spots that we normally wouldn’t have a chance to visit and had free time to explore. This trip is not for you if you don’t want to stick to an itinerary and timings as it’s jam packed and keeps you moving. Our guide Emanuelle was excellent and had the patience of a saint when dealing with some of the group who didn’t understand timings or group travel.

Everything was wonderful and I really enjoyed it.

Gabby was excellent though out the tour very detailed and knowledgeable. The driver Dominco was great with pickup and drop off points for food, bathroom and rest areas. Gabby deserves 10 stars for her hard work and customer service. I hope to have her on my next trip Europamundo. Thank you have a wonderful day

The tour guide was fantastic. We appreciate the punctuality of the tour guide for the whole trip, else would not be able to cover so many places in limited time period. Apart from Florence hotel, we liked the tour arranged by Europamundo.

PRO: 1. Knowledgeable guides 2. well planned itinerary that covered a lot of places 3. Quick responses in Tourradar.com and adjustments 2 instances which could be improved On day one - we were given a welcome paper in the front desk which stated a time 7:30 Trastevere but the bus left at 7pm in the other itinerary and not found in the welcome paper. A lot of passengers were then left behind and some had to take cabs to go to trastevere on their own. On day two, we had pouring rain - people were drenched to the core but still we continued with the Vatican tour. After the tour at 4pm, we were told by Filippo and Giovanni to go on our own with an 8:30pm meet up time in the Grand Hotel. the tour guide should be flexible to adjust given weather - leaving the drenched passengers by themselves wet is not the best 2nd day. He should have offered an option to bring back passengers to the hotel given everyone was drenched. Since we did not want to get sick, we all had to take cabs and all the groups had to pay 70 euros just to get back to the hotel.

Most of the trip was cool and nice .

Overall, it was good experience Our tour guide, Majed really do take good care of us and he make sure that all the places listed on the itinerary were followed and be there on time. The itinerary was packed but worth it for a first timer following a tour like this. Majed used all his knowledge to explain to us from the historical to present. Itinerary wise was good, it is all depends on the tour guide itself and I am happy and satisfied to have Majed as my tour guide from europamundo from the start to the end of my trip. If I were to travel with europamundo, I would love Majed to be my tour guide again The only thing that I am disappointed is when we arrive to First Hotel in Florence. It was a very bad experience with a bad room condition and breakfast The room I had is too dark, no air conditioning remote control, hard bed, smelly room, old and small elevator that only fits 2 people, and a very bad breakfast. I am glad that we only spend 1 night in First Hotel.
