1. We were not happy that the hotels in Bergen and Stockholm were switched at the last moment from those advertised to others much farther from the city centres. Not consistent with EM stated policy of making it convenient to explore the cities. 2. As customers, we did not get any benefit from travelling with 1, 2 or 3 other Europamundo buses. We had to put up with big crowds at hotel check-ins, breakfast buffets and washroom stops. 3. Tour leaders were helpful and efficient. But their level of English and knowledge of the countries visited was not high.

I enjoyed the trip though it could be very tiring. It would be nice if we at least stay 2 nights in major cities and not packing everyday. The 9AM start and 6pm end, is the ideal. We get to enjoy breakfast and the hotel facilities, and have enough time for sleep. The hotels are well chosen and impressive, special mention to Clarion Energy and Radisson Vilnius. I am also impressed with our tour guide, Antia. She is very thorough in her briefing and very knowledgeable. Tony is also worth mentioning, he is over and above and well experienced guide. My only question with the guides, how come they dont give emergency numbers to us. We dont know how to contact them for special cases or if we have concerns. The trip went well in general, there was just one incident in Moxy Bergen in which my room was also given to another guest couple and they were able to enter my room while I was getting ready. This incident was mentioned to Antia and I also confronted the reception. Lastly, transportation/bus, it was nice to have WIFI access in all the buses as convenience for the guests and make sure to deep clean every after use. One bus still has a smell of vomit.

All other passengers travelling with us were very good in nature and very helpful and were rotating the seats regularly which was really amazing.

Had a great time with the groups I travelled with. The itinerary was very jampacked, which I love. The tour guides were so helpful with info, logistics and answering our queries. This was one of the best tours Ive been on, which exceeded my expectations.

The tour was fantastic Very interesting and informative and fun. The tour leaders were also very good, really well organised, considerate knowledgeable and always kept to the timings and that of the itinerary. Row and Gaby were our tour leaders.One suggestion would be to have more information on tips for the cities we visited so that in our free time we could make good use of tips that are recommended. Also, if the tour leaders could always include Thank you in all the languages for the travellers that would be really helpful - especially when travelling to so many countries.

The tour covered most of the attractions in eight countries. The hotels are very good. The staff are friendly and professional.

English-speaking guides are recommended, Because when single person translates in Portuguese or Spanish or English, sometimes its hard for everyone to catch up. Europamundo is just bang on Kindly work on veg food options.

Europamundo is just Fabulous to travel with. Only problem that I found was with veg food options for Indian travelers. If you guys somehow work on it , its very difficult for other companies to compete with you.

I liked being able to see a variety of countries and cities within one trip.

Great route, loved free time days to explore on our own.
