What I liked the most was meeting people from all over the world. The bus trips from Lisbon to Madrid and from Madrid to Barcelona were also very pleasant with good stops at some cities like Zaragoza and Poblet Alley.

The brochure on Tour Radar says a visit to Fatima in Portugal but it did NOT happened. I and other tour members were disappointed. Personally, thats the main reason I signed for the tour.

Need to allow to get off bus more often to take photos. More sightseeing to other places like Porto Portugal etc.

We like half day sight seeing arrangements and half day free activities. Need to let us more opportunities to get down bus to take a quick photos rather then staying on bus only. 7:30am is too early for morning bus pick up. 8am will be preferable.

The tour at Barcelona could have been better organised

We had a pleasant and memorable tour. Our tour guides were very accommodating and friendly. Our co-passengers are all friendly and cool. Overall, we had a very enjoyable trip.

The guides were very knowleadgable

I was very impressed at the level of coordination and commitment displaying by the Europamundo ground handling team. Other than the delay on Day 1 in getting the room which was quickly resolved after my agent, Travel Bridge reached out to the team, the tour from then onwards was nothing short of excellent. The guides were really good and due to the mix of nationalities leaning more towards Spaniards, they conducted the tours in both languages. I was fascinated by the countries we visited, especially Madrid and the tour was really worth the money I spent. I look forward to my next tour with Europamundo in two weeks.

The trio was amazing and very well coordinated. Our transfers were on time and very attentive. The guides were knowledgeable and professional. The only bad thing was that some passengers would take other passengers seats at the first stop. The guide addressed the concerns but some passengers were rude. I think if the guides would explain you need to remain in your Same seat throughout the guides tours it would avoid some very uncomfortable situations and people would be aware of the expectation from the Beginning

Very difficult to have guide speak 3 languages at the same time, Noone mentioned it will be multilingual, I might reconsider in this case.

The vouchers were not obvious on the website. Use the words Hotel Voucher. We spent hours on the phone looking for vouchers, then NO ONE wanted them. Covid documentation was a nightmare, more info on that would have been helpful.
