I really enjoyed the trip overall thanks for a great experience I found that in London and Zurich, there wasn’t enough time in the itinerary for dinner. Especially I think the soho and Chinatown tour in London should have had a later transfer to the hotel so that we would have time to enjoy a dinner there
We bought the Paris airport transfer service. The customer checklist stated to look for Europamundo placard. When we arrived, we were unable to locate the driver with the placard. The hotline also told us to look for the placard. In fact, the driver was using his phone to display my mother name, no placard. Next time, please state either Europamundo sign or passenger name.

It was a lovely trip. I enjoyed the guides. The English Tea in London was not what we were expecting, there was some confusion about our hotel in Paris that was stressful. Our excursions were cancelled at the last minute. We still manages to get individual tickets to the Louvue, but not to Sagrada Famila. Some places we arrived to late in the evening to see anything.
tour outings were great. tour guides were really nice. locations were breathtaking at the time of year. August seems to be a holiday month for many countries, so thing were accessible at prompt times without standing on line. we go to see things at the times allotted and not stand in line to wait.
