Amazing tour guide who is always energized to pour out the most information about the country, the places of visit, and to explain the history of the Sultans, the politics, geographical significance, and cultural heritage of Turkey Very caring and friendly to everyone in the tour Also made few extra stops upon the request from the group to take special pictures at Maiden’s Tower and the Black Sea Extremely helpful in explaining and taking us to the right places to shop and eat He knew exactly when to stop for restroom breaks, when to wear the seat belts and take a nap in the bus, when/where to eat and when to watch right/left to not miss the special scenic spot. FANTASTIC TRIP WITH WONDERFUL MEMORIES

1-The tour manager, Mr. K, was sometimes very rude, which brought the travelers morale and mood down. Instead of being entertained, they became sad and did not enjoy the whole day. However, he was supportive when some of the travelers came late due to any reason. 2- The buffet was not available; instead, selected items were served directly on a plate at the Hilton Garden Inn Safranbolu on the 10th of August. In the meal supplement, it was stated as a buffet.

Overall experience was good. Since we are Indian and vegetarian, the options are limited. Europamundo can consider lunch at Indian restaurant atleast in Istanbul or Cappadocia for group tours which have only Indian tourists.

The tour was well planned. The coaches were comfortable and the tour conductor and driver were wonderful and made the tour enjoyable with their fun and good vibes

I loved the tour guide and driver. They were fun and knowledgeable

Everything was perfect . Our Tour guide Email was good , Emine was superb and great but Mehmet was not good and was sarcastic and rude. Only last part of your Capadocia onwards was not great coz of the tour guide. Anyways other than this 8 had a good experience.
