The tour was good but one guide Alberto on 16th July during Nyc trip left me stranded and took the bus without me . He told me this was the last stop and i could take lunch,but he took others from there after i came back the bus was gone .i had to take a taxi and reach my hotel .i had wait for him at hotel till 5 pm and when he came back there was no sorry from him . My whole day was wasted . 15, 16 ,17 were for nyc but just 4 hours tour was given for three days . Bad planning .as per itenary night tour to times square was also cancelled .
