I enjoyed the trip but there was a lot of confusion and lack of information. Most of the guides didnt post the days information in the hotel lobbies. When they gave information verbally, it was too fast and too general to understand. Some of the Buses didnt have WIFI. The English speaking guides were not fluent in English.

Tienen itinerarios increíbles muy recomendados. Los guías en general necesitan más capacitación para brindar un mejor servicio adecuado al tipo de pasajeros pues una gran parte somos de la tercera edad. Los guías deben dar información clara, entendible y precisa.
