Surrounded by mountains we find our first protohistoric town, the Castro de El Raso (entrance included), where we can see the recreations of the typical indigenous cabins. Not far from there we can visit the Bee Museum (entrance included). A unique place to know where the honey manufacturing process is produced and displayed. We continue our journey admiring the beautiful and mountainous landscapes that Gredos Hills leaves us until we reach Pico mountain passage, where we will find the Roman Road that ran through this area at an altitude of 1395m. We begin to descend in the direction of the city of ÁVILA, where we can visit its famous walls, stroll and enjoy the cuisine of Ávila. Close to the city of Ávila we will visit one of the most representative sites in the province, the Castro de las Cogotas. Main reference of the Vetones that stands out for the important defensive systems and the control of the entire valley where it is located. Later we arrive at the monumental city of SALAMANCA. Time to visit its historic centre, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO, with its magnificent University, Plaza Mayor and Cathedral (entrance included). Time for diner and accommodation.

After a short walk to continue enjoying the Charra Capital we head to Cerro de San Vicente (entrance included), located in the upper area of the city. In this archaeological site we will be able to see the residences of the II Iron Ageas well as their lifestyle before the Roman conquest. We continue the trip to visit the best-preserved archaeological site in the province of Salamanca, Yecla The Old . It is a Celtic fort, used by the Romans and Visigoths famous for its imposing walls and petroglyphs.We head towards the city of LEDESMA, the old Bletisama, with its fortress, the small Archaeological Museum (entrance included), the famous “Verraco” and the traditional architecture of this area, located on the banks of the River Tormes. Time to have lunch in this city and taste the typical “Charro” gastronomy. After Ledesma´s visit we head back to Madrid. End of services.
