The information about the meeting place and start time of your circuit can be found on your voucher.Our journey begins in Zurich and ends in MULHOUSE, the creative heart of the Alsace region. Its strategic location has influenced its diverse historical heritage, the emblematic markets and the cafes of the Place de la Réunion. We are stopping at the magnificent Murbach Abbey, which was founded in the year 727. Then, we continue to EGUISHEIM, a small and charming village on one of France´s most beautiful wine routes. We will stroll through the narrow cobbled streets admiring the Antique houses, windows and geranium-adorned wooden balconies—time for lunch. We will also visit KAYSERBER, a bucolic Alsatian village with a rich architectural heritage. We will then arrive in COLMAR, the charming and romantic town with half-timbered houses, wrought-iron signs on the facades, the "Little Venice," the Poissonnerie quay, and the flower-filled bridges that straddle the Launch river. After breakfast, we will travel to RIQUEWIHR, a treasure of the region with traditional finishes, cantilevered windows and climbing plants, making this village a particularly appealing trip. We will arrive in a few minutes at RIBEAUVILLÉ, another little village with an outstanding medieval architectural legacy, before heading to the well-known and majestic KOENIGSBURG CASTLE considered Alsace´s most important castle (admission included), which inspired several Lord of the Rings films. Time for lunch and a stroll in the nearby town of SÉLESTAT, which has an essential humanist library and Renaissance buildings and the churches of Sainte-Foy and Saint Georges. We will stop at the MOUNT OF SAINT ODILIA, which is a major pilgrimage site. The convent´s terrace has a spectacular view over the forest, the Alsatian plain, and, on clear days, the Black Forest. And we will end in STRASBOURG, Europe´s crossroads, which is home to the European Parliament, among other institutions. We will visit the beautiful environs surrounding its majestic church, as well as the picturesque "Petite France" neighbourhood. Accommodation.

After breakfast, we include a boat ride through Strasbourg´s "Petite France" before heading to HAGUENAU, a charming market town nestled in the centre of a vast forest. After lunch, we will cross the border into Germany and arrive in BADEN-BADEN, an elegant spa town with contemporary homes, colourful gardens, and famous hot baths adorned with magnificent domes. Then we will depart to ETTLIGEN, a beautiful city with its Town Hall Square, the Rose Garden, and its castle. We will wrap things off today at KARLSRUHE, founded in 1715 and known for its fan-shaped castle, which hosts light and sound performances during August and September. We will also enjoy a transfer to adjacent Tumberg Hill, where we will be treated to stunning city views. Accommodation.

Today we will go on an unforgettable journey through the Black Forest´s traditional villages. First, we travel to MAULBRONN, which is home to one of Europe´s best-preserved Cistercian monasteries. Your visit includes admission (closed Mondays from November to February). In such a case, we will proceed straight to Altensteig). We will visit then ALTENSTEIG, a lovely medieval village that will take us back in time, especially when we see its castle.We will continue to FREUDENSTADT, the "city of joy". In the middle of the region, Crossroads is one of the favourite destinations for Germans, highlighting its Marktplatz, of almost 5 hectares and where we will have time to have lunch. We will continue on our journey through little villages such as ALPIRSBACH, where we may take a beautiful walk and explore the outside of its late-eleventh-century monastery or visit its Beer Museum (visit subject to availability). We will make a stop in HASLACH IM KINZIGTAL, the first Roman settlement in German territory and a vital seat during the Middle Ages that preserves a picturesque historic core. After that, we will head to GENGENBACH, whose walls, city gates and medieval towers give it a fairy-tale atmosphere. We will finish in OFFENBURG, visiting the Salmen Inn, the Capuchin monastery and the Jewish baths. Accommodation.

On our last day, we will visit TRIBERG, a picturesque village in the middle of the Black Forest, where we will explore its famous waterfalls (admission included) and the world´s two most giant cuckoo clocks. Following that, we will go for a walk with beautiful views over Titisee Lake, which was named after the Roman Emperor Titus. After that, we will visit the beautiful abbey with its neoclassical dome at ST. BLASIEN (admission included). Time for lunch. We will stop in WALDSHUT-TIENGEN before crossing the border into Switzerland, another lovely town with historic gates, towers, and castles, as well as stunning views of the Rhine and Alps.
