We will also walk with our guide through "Little Venice" with its canals and bridges and walk through the old town, a labyrinth of narrow cobbled streets, full of half-timbered houses. We continue to the Loire Region where we will visit some of its most emblematic castles. In SAUMUR, a city on the banks of the Loire River, known for its wine cellars, we will visit the impressive SAUMUR CASTLE, from the tenth century, that houses the Museum of Arms, with one of the largest collections of weapons and armor in Europe (entrance included). Time for lunch. On the outskirts of the town, we include a one-hour visit to Cadre Noir, one of the most famous equestrian schools in the world.
