Group transfer from Frankfurt to the port of Mainz for the scheduled embarkation at 11.30 hrs. We welcome you aboard the "MS DUTCH SYMPHONIE" in MAINZ. Registration begins at 4:00 p.m. However, if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the front desk to explore the city on your own. In the early afternoon, 4.30 pm, we start sailing on a short journey to RUDESHEIM. Welcome cocktail and dinner. Overnight in Rudesheim.

In the middle Rhine valley, we find one of the most spectacular landscapes in Europe, the romantic Rhine. In the morning we will sail its 65km, declared a World Heritage Site, where dozens of castles and vineyards are concentrated forming an idyllic picture that we can enjoy with the commentary and activities of our team on board and where the passage by the famous Loreley Rock stands out. In the morning before sailing we will visit the wine-growing town of Rüdesheim where its national monument of Niederwalddenkmal stands out, and in the afternoon we will visit the ancient city of KOBLENZ where the Rhine and Moselle converge in the well-known Deutsche Eck, the German corner. Overnight in Koblenz.

In the morning we will enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Moselle on a relaxed navigation that will take us to the charming town of COCHEM. One of the most picturesque and popular towns on the Moselle River that stands out for its spectacular "Reichsburg" castle. The city is known for its tourist interest, its beauty and for its wines, as some of the best wines in Germany are produced in this area. Overnight in Cochem.

Early in the morning we start sailing back to the Rhine thanks to the locks of the Moselle. In the afternoon we will visit the quiet wine-growing town of BOPPARD. After the campaigns of Julius Caesar, the Romans settled on a Celtic settlement, known as Baudobriga, and from there a city was born of which the vestiges of the walls of the Roman fort of Bodobrica can still be seen. Overnight in Boppard.

After a relaxed and scenic morning sailing, we´ll arrive in MAINZ after lunch. Mainz is a university, Roman, media city and state capital, representing the famous triad of the Romanesque cathedral, Gutenberg´s Black Art and the Rhenish Carnival. We´ll stroll through its historic center where one of the imperial cathedrals (kaiserdome) is located, and the Gutenberg museum. Overnight in Mainz.
