We´ll embark on a city tour of Athens with a local guide, visiting landmarks such as the Presidential Mansion, the Panathenaic Stadium where the first modern Olympic Games were held, the National Library, and the bustling squares of the city center. We´ll also explore the newer neighborhoods that developed after the 2004 Olympic Games. The tour will conclude at the Acropolis (admission not included). In the evening, we´ll provide a transfer to the historical neighborhood of Plaka, renowned for its charming Greek tavernas and opportunities to immerse yourself in the rich folklore of this country.

We’ll travel to the Peloponnese, making a brief stop at the Corinth Canal, an impressive engineering marvel from the late nineteenth century. Continuing through the mountains, we’ll reach Tripoli, the capital of the Arcadia region. Here, we’ll take a break to explore the bustling Aeros Square, known for its cafes and restaurants. Our journey will then take us to Olympia, where we’ll visit the Archaeological Site with a local guide (tickets included). The first Olympic Games were held here in 776 B.C., attracting athletes from all over Greece and its colonies. Highlights of the site include the Temple of Zeus, the Stadium, the Gymnasium, and the Arena. Next, we’ll proceed to Patras, the third largest city in Greece, with a remarkable medieval fortress and the largest cathedral in the country. Adjacent to the cathedral is the small church of St. Andrew, a significant place of pilgrimage. Dinner will be included.

After breakfast, we’ll cross the Rio-Antirrio bridge, a spectacular cable-stayed bridge that connects the Peloponnese with the Greek mainland. Our first stop is Nafpaktos, located on the Gulf of Corinth. Its Venetian fortress overlooking the city is a reminder of its historical significance as Lepanto, where the Christian and Turkish fleets clashed in battle—a conflict during which the famous Cervantes lost his arm. You’ll have free time to stroll around its picturesque harbor and explore the beautiful old town. Continuing along the Gulf of Corinth, we’ll reach Mycenae, a colossal citadel dating back to the 18th century BC, considered the cradle of European civilization (admission included). Enjoy free time for lunch and to explore the site. Next, we’ll visit the imposing Fortress of Acrocorinth (tickets included), where the remains of an ancient temple of Aphrodite stand on the highest point of the settlement. We’ll then continue our journey, making a brief stop at the Corinth Canal. We’ll arrive in Athens in the evening.

Full-day Mediterranean Cruise
After breakfast, we’ll transfer you to the Lavrio Port for an 11:00 a.m. departure. Enjoy the scenic sea views as we sail.
06:00 p.m. – Arrival in Mykonos. You’ll have free time to explore this charming island, famous for its windmills and whitewashed houses by the sea.
11:00 p.m. – Departure from Mykonos. Overnight on board.

Arriving in Turkey, we´ll visit Kusadasi, a beautiful seaside resort on the Aegean coast. Admission is included to explore the Ephesus Ancient City Ruins. After our visit, we´ll return to the cruise ship and continue to Patmos, where St. John the Apostle wrote the Apocalypse. We´ll arrive on the island and depart at 09:00 p.m. Overnight on board.

07:00 a.m. – Rhodes. Arrival in this impressive medieval walled city, once protected by one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World: The Colossus of Rhodes.
06:00 p.m. – Departure. Our cruise ship will sail once more. Enjoy the amenities on board.

07:00 a.m. - Heraklion - Arrival in the capital of the Greek island of Crete, located near the archaeological remains of Knossos. Mid-morning, we’ll continue to Santorini, arguably the most impressive of the Mediterranean islands, known for its ravines, white villages full of light, and breathtaking sea views. At 09:00 p.m., our cruise ship will set sail again. Night on board – enjoy the boat party!

06:30 a.m. – Lavrio Port. Our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.
Note: If you arrive by ferry from Rhodes, your port of arrival will be Piraeus. If you request additional nights in Athens, the transfer from the port to the hotel is not included and will be charged separately.
