If you’ve spent previous nights with us in Madrid, we’ll provide a transfer to the train station. If not, we’ll send you the high-speed train ticket in advance.
Our high-speed train will depart around 11:00 a.m. (time to be confirmed). In less than two hours, traveling at speeds of up to 300 km/h, we’ll arrive in Córdoba, the former capital of the Caliphate during the Islamic period. You’ll have free time to stroll through the city and enjoy lunch at your leisure. Later, we’ll meet our local guide for a visit to the city’s most iconic landmark, the stunning Mosque–Cathedral (tickets included), a true gem of both Islamic and Christian art. We’ll also wander through the charming Jewish Quarter, known for its narrow streets and flower-filled patios—true symbols of the city’s identity.
In the late afternoon, when Medina Azahara, the majestic palace-city of the Umayyad Caliphate, is open to the public (from June 21 to September 20), we’ll enjoy a magical nighttime visit (tickets included). During the rest of the year, or if the visit is not possible, we’ll extend our panoramic tour with a visit to one of Córdoba’s most iconic courtyards (tickets included).

After breakfast, we’ll drive through vast olive groves to Baena, a town with Roman roots, renowned for its high-quality olive oil production. We’ll visit the Núñez de Prado Olive Oil Mill, one of the oldest in the Mediterranean, housed in an 18th-century building. Here, we’ll learn about olive oil production and enjoy a tasting of pan con aceite (bread with olive oil). We’ll then continue to Granada, famous for the Alhambra (admission and guided tour included), a masterpiece of Islamic architecture and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lunch will be included. You’ll have free time in the afternoon to visit the cathedral or take a stroll through the Albaicín neighborhood, where you’ll find spectacular views of the Alhambra.

We’ll enjoy spectacular scenery as we cross the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Our journey will then take us along the Mediterranean, through the so-called Costa Tropical, where the mild microclimate year-round allows the cultivation of tropical fruits and crops such as guavas, mango, and avocado, and in the past, sugar cane. We’ll stop in Nerja, a charming coastal village with impressive cliffs. Next, we’ll head to Frigiliana, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Andalusia, with its steep streets lined with whitewashed houses, where you’ll discover charm in every corner. Our journey will continue to Malaga, capital of the Costa del Sol, known for its many museums, as the birthplace of Picasso, and the unfinished cathedral La Manquita, meaning in English “The One-Armed Lady”. You’ll have time for lunch and to explore the city center, or if the weather allows it, you can enjoy a visit to the beach for a swim.

We’ll enjoy one of the most beautiful stages of the trip, travelling through the Andalusian White Towns and mountain ranges. We’ll leave early in the morning for Puerto Banús in Marbella, one of the most luxurious marinas in Spain, famous for its yachts and high-fashion boutiques. After a stroll, we’ll continue to Ronda, a picturesque town perched on the Tajo gorge. You’ll have time to explore, and enjoy a traditional lunch before visiting the bullring (included), one of the oldest and most spectacular in Spain (admission included). Our journey will then take us to Setenil de las Bodegas, a marvelous white village with houses built into the rock, and onward to Olvera, known for its Moorish castle, neoclassical church, and balconies filled with flowers, a classic Andalusian scene. We’ll include admission to the castle and the museum. We’ll arrive in Jerez de la Frontera in the evening, where we recommend a stroll through the historic center and enjoying tapas in the tabancos.

We’ll find ourselves in the heart of Andalusia, in jerez, a city renowned for its winemaking tradition, equestrian culture, and flamenco art. After breakfast, we’ll visit the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art (tickets included), where we’ll explore the Carriage Museum and witness the training of the majestic Andalusian horses. Before leaving jerez, we’ll make a brief stop to photograph the exterior of the Moorish Alcázar, a historical gem that echoes centuries of heritage.
We’ll then continue to el Puerto de Santa Maria, a coastal town famous for its fine wines and seafood. Here, we’ll visit the Osborne Wineries (tickets and tasting included), immersing ourselves in the rich wine-making traditions of the region. After some free time to enjoy the surroundings, we’ll board a boat bound for Cádiz, in a scenic journey of approximately half an hour. In this city—one of the oldest in Europe—you’ll have free time to explore its impressive cathedral and charming old town.
Later in the afternoon, we’ll cross the magnificent bridge heading toward Seville, where we’ll arrive by the end of the day.

After breakfast, we’ll depart for Italica (admission included), an ancient Roman city where emperors Trajan and Hadrian were born. We’ll visit its amphitheater, which once held 25,000 spectators, as well as its baths and mosaics. Next, we’ll head to Palos de la Frontera, from where Columbus´ ships set sail for America in 1492. We’ll visit La Rábida Monastery, where Columbus secured support for his expedition, and the Wharf of the Caravels (tickets included), where we’ll see replicas of his ships. There will be time for lunch in Huelva. In the afternoon, we’ll follow the Atlantic coast, near the Doñana National Park, renowned for its biodiversity. We’ll stop in El Rocío, a village famous for its pilgrimage and rural charm, where we’ll visit its sanctuary and enjoy views of Doñana. We’ll return to Seville in the evening.

In the morning, we’ll include a panoramic tour of the city. You’ll visit the cathedral and its famous Giralda, the banks of the Guadalquivir River, and the popular neighborhoods of Santa Cruz and Triana. After the tour, we’ll include a boat ride on the Guadalquivir River. In the afternoon, you’ll be transferred to the station to board the high-speed train, scheduled to depart around 4:30 p.m., covering the 850 km to Zaragoza in just under four hours. Upon arrival in Zaragoza, you’ll be transferred to the hotel.

We’ll start the day with a morning panoramic tour of Zaragoza guided by a local expert. Our first stop will be the Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar. We´ll also delve into the works of the famous painter Goya and discover some of his masterpieces. The tour will move on to the Roman theatre and a Renaissance palace, and then we’ll take a stroll by the Aljafería Palace.
After lunch, we’ll head to Catalonia to visit the Poblet Abbey, a stunning walled monastery set amidst beautiful scenery. It is one of the best-preserved medieval monasteries in the world (tickets included). Our journey will then take us to Barcelona, where we’ll arrive in the evening.

In the morning we will enjoy the city tour of Barcelona, open to the Mediterranean Sea, famous for Gaudí and its modernist architecture, for its promenades and memories of the Universal Exhibitions and Olympics that took place there. Barcelona is considered one of the most beautiful and interesting European cities. Free time in the afternoon.
In the evening we include a transfer to the Maremagnum, an avant-garde leisure center with restaurants facing the sea, next to Plaza Colón, where you can stroll through this lively area and dine.

We’ll travel south along the Mediterranean, making a special stop in Peniscola, a charming walled town by the sea surrounded by picturesque landscapes, where we’ll have time for a stroll. We’ll then continue to Valencia, a vibrant port city on the Levantine coast, arriving around lunchtime. Will you try the famous paella? At approximately 04:30 p.m., we’ll continue our journey to Madrid, but not before making a brief stop at the avant-garde City of Arts and Sciences of Valencia. We’ll arrive in Madrid between 08:30 and 09:00 p.m. As a way of welcoming you to the city, we’ll include a transfer to the Plaza Mayor, a popular spot to enjoy pinchos or wine at one of its many restaurants.
Note: Depending on the number of passengers, the journey from Valencia to Madrid might be carried out by high-speed train.

The morning will begin with a comprehensive tour of central Madrid, featuring highlights like Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza de Colón, and Plaza Mayor. We’ll then visit Retiro Park, a beautiful oasis in the city center, where we’ll see the lake and the Palacio de Cristal. Admission is included to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the home of Real Madrid—considered by many to be the best football club in the world. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon at your leisure. In the evening, we’ll provide a return transfer to the hotel.
